Registries of shared computations

Cultural computations and scores can also be placed in a cultural registry, which technically defines a Neighbourhood as a shared perspective in a network space. By sharing these computations and insights with each other, multiple people in a NH can build a shared context.

The coherence of a neighbourhood comes from inter-subjective scores. No problem if individual access to social data is varied -- people outside the network are able to see this nuance and come to their own conclusions (easing entrance/exit dynamics).
